The concept is actually very simple:The more days you will renew for, the more safe you are. That's why it's advisable from the start to rent less referrals than what you can afford and use the rest of the budget to renew them for as longer as possible the first time. In case now that you cannot afford the maximum renewals (240 days) then you must go for less days. The more you can afford the safer you are. If you can afford less than 90 days renewals, then AutoPay should be turned on because it will offer you an extra discount without a need to pay for it in advance. My advice is to avoid at all costs the 15 days renewals because they are the more risky plan. Keep always in mind that AutoPay pays only the active clickers (for their first click for a day) and most probably the majority of the days of your referrals will be paid through the manual renewal plans. That's why is advisable your manual renewal plan to be as longer (in number of days) as possible. Of course if you value more a faster progress than a stable progress, then you may consider the short renewal plans in order to rent faster but in this case you must be aware that the risk level is higher. |

With a budget of $700 (which is the one that you are sure that you want to spend) you can follow a very stable plan: Reach a total of 500 referrals extended for 240 days and get a golden membership. This will put you in a position where you will have 500 rented referrals on the 240 days renewal plan and a golden membership which means that averages above 0.541 (this is the lowest possible break even point in terms of average within NeoBux) can be profitable for you. Specifically you can follow this plan: -Rent 100 referrals on 14 of September and go golden on 17-18 for $110 in total. -Rent 100 referrals on 21 of September for $20. -Rent 40 referrals on 28 of september for $8. -Do not rent more referrals until you extend for 240 days the 240 new ones for a total cost $268.8 (after the 250 rented referrals the rental/renewal prices go up as you can see in the help page). -Based on your words you will have the rest of your budget available for sure on 8 of October, so this day rent 100 referrals more for $21. -Rent 100 referrals for $21 on 15 of October. -Rent 50 referrals for $10.5 on 22 of October and extend the last 250 referrals you've got for 240 days for $295 in total. With the help of your earnings it's almost sure that you will be able to extend all of them for at least 150 days before the end of the first 30 days which means that it will be possible to stay within the profit zone with averages over 0.599. . For $500: -Rent 100 referrals: $20 -Rent 100 referrals: $20 -Purchase golden membership: $90 -Rent 100 referrals: $20. -Rent 100 referrals: $21. -Rent 100 referrals: $21. Total cost $192 which means that you will have $308 for renewals. In this case it's advisable to enable AutoPay and disable only when you

It was 5 years ago today that NeoBux in a very shy but determined way made its first appearance to the world.Little the world did know the amazing potential NeoBux would offer in the following years. We not only changed the PTC industry but we also marked the previous model as deprecated and rendered it useless.
In our first 5 years we already set in motion lots of amazing new features that made PTC what it is today. Amongst thousands of features like instant payments, referral renting, properly paid offers, AdAlert, and AdPrize we also showed the world that being honest and most of all working for the user and not for ourselves was the path that everyone should go. Unfortunately most don't go that path and the few that do don't go all the way. I still believe that one day every PTC can give everything back to its users in an honest way. I still dream that a unified PTC industry would help thousands of people and change their lives for the better. While we actually don't struggle alone we're still making the largest part of the changes.
You may wonder why we give almost everything to the users in an altruist way. NeoBux was made for users and every action we take does reflect that. The offers you make are entirely for you and your referrer. AdPrize is entirely for you being you a user and/or advertiser. These are just a few examples that count for tens of thousands of dollars per day that we give away.
The way we do things is actually rewarding for us. We don't care so much about monetary rewards but instead we care about recognition which is something that makes our work look worthwhile and immediately shows that we have users who love us and appreciate what we have to offer.

What are the flags for?
The 8 colored flags let you mark your referrals.
This is extremely useful when dealing with many referrals. This way you can define a color for each type of referral according to your own personal preference.
For example, when you browse your referral's listing, you'll find some referrals which, according to your standards, are good, bad or average.
Imagine you find 5 bad referrals on each page of the listing. You can mark them with the red flag, for example.
Later, you can select to filter the listing only by that red flag (option is on the top left of the listing) and it will only show you the referrals you marked with the red flag.
This way you'll be able to decide whether to recycle them and focus only on that particular group instead of all referrals.
To change the colors of the flags, you have two options:
Individually: Just click the flag on the referral you want and select a new color.
Group: Mark the checkbox of each referral you want to change the flag color and, at the bottom of the listing, select the option to change the color of the flag for the selected referrals. Then, select the color of the flag you want.

What's that slider with two points and with red, yellow and green colors?
That slider is a tool to help you visually organize your referrals according to their clicking average.
Once you set and activate that, your referral's listing will have colored rows, each with the appropriate color based on the average threshold you defined.
The best way to manage the threshold is to let red be the ones with bad average, the yellow a regular average and the green a good average.
You'll see two dots in the slider and a value on top of each one.
This value will define the average threshold that will define the colors.
Every referral with an average below the first dot's value will be marked as red.
Every referral with an average above the second dot's value will be marked as green.
Everything in between the two dot's values (including) will be marked as yellow.
You can apply the changes in real time.
Don't forget to save the settings after you've reached your optimum configuration.
In addition to this, when you have the color filter activated, you can select referrals based on their color group. To do so, just click on the colored dot on the top right of the listing's header. Clicking it again will deselect all referrals in that group.

EXPORT LISTUse the export list to keep track referral
clicks longer than 10 days.
It is usefull in studing the clicking patterns
and clicking behaviors of referrals.
Also best to creat your own spread sheet
and customize it to your own preferences.

How to import a saved txt file into Excel
Version 2003 and Prior:
1. From dropdown menu; Data Import External Data; Import Data
Version 2007:
1. From Ribbon: Data; Get External Data; From Text
2. Navigate and select the file to import
(make sure "Files of type:" is listed as "All Data Sources".)
3. On the prompt that comes up leave "Delimited" selected and hit Next.
4. On "Delimiters" select "Comma" also change the date to YMD.
5. Finished.
Note:
Use the export list to keep track of the
rented referrals daily clicking stat for
analyzing their clicking behaviors or patterns
in order to decide when to recycle them.

BEST TIME TO EXPORT THE LIST:
At end of each day or midnight
according to your local time.
Exporting about the same
time each day is also good.
The export list shows rented
referrals clicks up to the
point your export it.
If you miss the export list
for the day due to error,
you may try to request it by
sending a support ticket.

Possible solutions if you're unable to click:
-Have someone you trust without a NeoBux account to click for you.
-Use a laptop combined with mobile broadband.
-Find access to a computer (which have
never been used and never will, by another
NeoBux member for clicking ads) and an
internet connection that is not part of a
shared network environment.
-Upgrade to golden and a golden pack like

Today I was thinking about the golden membership purchase possibilities. I noticed that there are 3 ways on how could I purchase the golden membership. The first is to pay 90 dollars for 1 year membership. The second possibility is to wait for some special days (christmas, easter etc....for discounts - usually the price during these special day is 75 dollars instead of 90 dollars what sounds better. And the third way I found on the upgrade button page where I can choose to pay 90 dollars or 30 000 neopoints for golden purchase. When I calculate that for every 1 advertisement I am earning 1 neopoint...for 30 000 neopoints I have to click 30 000 advertisements. 30 000 advertisement multiply by 0,001 (usually standard´s membership value for most of advertisements) it means 30 000x0,001 = 30 dollars earned from my clicks. 30 dollars instead of 90 dollars is really interesting. The difference is that it takes longer. But it is cheaper. For me it takes about 3 years + maybe some months more. But for patient people it is really interesting opportunity.

If the current recycling policy is

It's better to avoid static/strict rules
like recycling after X days of inactivity
and/or below Y average are not the best

that all of your referrals will behave the
same way.
Keep detail track of clicking stat/data
daily so you can study the refs behavior better.
It is easier to make a recycling decision
when you can see if a ref is clicking
in a profitable way or not.

keeps the account above BEP and in profit you're in good shape.
There willl be some refs clicking above average,
some refs around the normal average,
some refs below average, and some
refs with 0 clicks...
Some examples:
Usually avoid recycling 0 clickers or new refs
give them at least 5 day or until you have
some clicking data from them to judge with.
If the refs haven't click for some times
and close to the free recycling days
(14 days of 0 clicks for std & golden members)
you may let the system replace it free for you on the 15th day
(just make sure the refs are not locked).
The more rented referrals clicking data collected the better
it may help you to determine if they are clicking in a profitable
pattern/behavior or not for your account.
Lets look at an example of a referral that is 5 weeks old:

Total clicks = 38
Overall average = (38 clicks / 35 days) = 1.085
Notice that the overall average is still
pretty high but during the last 3 weeks
the ref is not clicking well.
If your account is in profit you can be more
patient and give this ref a bit more time or else
3 or 4 clicks every week is not a
very profitable pattern and maybe
time to recycle this refs.
There are many more examples but
what matters the most is if you keep track
of the historic clicking data for some times
whenever you have doubt about a specific ref
you can always look them up to see how
they have been clicking and then decide if
they need to be recycled or not.

There
are basically 2 ways that you can use to increase your profit margin in
order to enhance your profit without getting more referrals and/or
buying a golden membership:1. You can reduce the cost and therefore increase your profit margin by using a renewal plan for more days to reduce the average renewal cost per day in the long run. This way you can turn some unprofitable now referrals to profitable ones. In example with 0-250 rented referrals if you extends a referral for 240 days the price is $1.12 and this is equal to $1.12/8=$0.14 per month (30 days) while if you extend for 30 days the price is $0.19 per month.
2. Develop an effective recycle policy based on the clicking patterns you will discover. As a rule of thumb recycle manually only when you are almost sure that a referral won't click again in a profitable way for you and keep always in mind that over-recycling may produce negative results.
The detailed previous behavior of every referral is the key (try to spot recurrent behaviors to understand the clicking patterns). Example: You have a referral who is clicking 1 ad every 3 days and he/she did that 7 times in a row. That referral is clicking obviously in a non profitable way for the last 21 days. In this case you have a clear clicking pattern which is not profitable, has no chances to reach the auto-recycle limit and therefore you should manually recycle (personally in this example I would have recycled him/her at the 5th time).
As you understand is strongly advisable to study the whole previous behavior of any referral you consider to recycle and therefore you should keep stats daily. If you don't know how to use the exported lists, then this post will help you a lot:

Avoid static/strict rules like recycling after X days of inactivity and/or below Y average, because is like believing that all of your referrals will behave the same way which is not the case.
As a suggestion concentrate on older referrals when you recycle, because you have more data to judge them as precisely as possible and remember to give always enough time to referrals (especially new ones) to show you what they can do for you.
Remember always that the best recycling policy is the one you will develop yourself based on the behavior of your referrals. Since every account and referral is unique there is not a standard recipe that will work for every one.
Important note: Do not forget to click daily the 4 orange fixed ads based on server time (see ToS point 3.7. for more info).
